The Returning Boomerang

Throwing Instructions

1 - Place the flat side of the boomerang in the palm of your hand
2 - Determine where the wind is coming from (12 o'clock) and throw at 3 o'clock
(Left handers throw at 9 o'clock)
3 - Launch Boomerang at 20° - 30° degrees off vertical
4 - Once you understand the flight of your boomerang, it is possible to catch it. With both of your hands flat clap your hands on your boomerang on it's return 

Tips and Tricks

- Do not lay it flat or it will raise high and return hard (Do not attempt to catch a boomerang with this flight pattern)
- Do not throw it straight up or down or it will not make it around
- If you boomerang lands behind you throw it a little further to the right
(Left-Handers further to the left)
- If it lands in front of you, throw it a little further to the left
(Left-Handers further to the right)
- If it is on it's way back but doesn't quite make it, throw a little harder
- Calm warm days are ideal for throwing your boomerang. The Stronger the wind the more it will affect the flight‎
