Length - This measure is from the highest shoulder point to where the front of the garamnet ends at its lowest point (hem)

Across Shoulders - This measures where the seams join on one shoulder to the seam joint on the other shoulder. Make sure the shoulders are straight

Chest – Measure from the left under arm seam to the right on the front of a T-shirt (Our measurements are not around the body)

Sleeve Length – Measure from top armhole (lowest shoulder point) seam to bottom hem

Please note that our garments are Unisex and the fit is a box fit to cover all shapes and sizes. If you prefer a more traditional fitting T-Shirt or Sweat we recommend going down a size.
