DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Murrundindi uses Auspost trackable eParcel for Australian orders and Auspost Trackable Airmail and Express courier (EMS) for international orders and USPS for U.S orders.
Deliveries in Australia generally take 2 to 10 business days with regular e-parcel and 1-4 days for express, US orders 5 - 14 days and international 3 to 21 business days. When you place an order you will receive a reply e-mail acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment card has been debited. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking information. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end we will keep you informed by e-mail of expected dispatch dates.
DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
